I must confess the real estate profession is not on my top ten list. It is for this reason, I feel absolutely compelled to not only write, but pound the table, on Rob Ryan and just how unique and honorable a man I have been lucky enough to meet and represent me on both the buyer and seller side.
I am a 56 year old woman who has seriously sold three homes and one condo; and, purchased two homes and one condo in the past 10 years. Half of these real estate transactions took place in upstate New York (Saratoga Springs) and the other half in California, including Carmel, Pebble Beach and my condo in San Francisco. Why so many buys and sells could make for a pretty good novel, but I won’t digress.
Buyer Side: With the most professional demeanor and soft spoken voice, Rob secured the absolute best price negotiating every angle with the in-house sales team. Going above and beyond, after closing Rob comes by with light dimmer switches to install and make sure my place is just so.
Seller Side: This is the kicker. Two years later I decide to sell the San Francisco condo and, of course, call Rob. He spends more than a perfunctory amount of time to convince me not to do so because he is sure I am better off renting and reaping a much bigger profit on a sale years down the road. A real estate agent that cares more about the client than the commission - That is Rob Ryan in a sentence. Oh, and he personally staged and cleaned the carpets to get the unit ready for sale.
Wow, good luck to this company. You all have great Karma!Andrea Spungen
